Delivery is available only in selected nearby locations based on serviceability.
Delivery radius may change depending on operational capacity and delivery partner availability.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of order placement.
Delivery time may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, high demand, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delays caused by third-party delivery partners are beyond our control.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed before order confirmation.
Charges may vary based on distance, order value, or platform policies.
5. Order Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate delivery address and contact details.
Hyderabadi Irani Food Court is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Once the order is handed over to the delivery partner, responsibility for timely delivery lies with the delivery service provider.
7. Failed or Undelivered Orders
Orders may be marked as delivered or cancelled without refund in the following cases:
Customer is unreachable at the time of delivery
Incorrect address provided
Customer refuses to accept the order
8. Third-Party Delivery Services
Orders placed through Swiggy, Zomato, or other delivery platforms are subject to their respective delivery and refund policies. Hyderabadi Irani Food Court does not control delivery timelines for such orders.
