Return and refund

1. No Return Policy on Food Items

Due to the nature of freshly prepared food items, returns are not accepted once an order is prepared, served, or delivered.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed or not delivered

  • Wrong item is delivered (must be reported immediately)

  • Missing items in the order

  • Food quality issue reported at the time of delivery or service

All refund requests must be supported with valid proof such as order details or photos.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Delay in delivery due to traffic, weather, or third-party delivery partners

  • Taste preferences or personal dislike

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

  • Orders already consumed partially or fully


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.

  • Cancellation requests (if allowed) must be made immediately after placing the order.

  • Management reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests.


5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Cash refunds are not provided unless specified by management


6. Third-Party Orders

For orders placed via Swiggy, Zomato, or other delivery apps, refund and return policies will be governed by their respective platforms. Hyderabadi Irani Food Court will not be responsible for such refunds.


7. Management Rights

Hyderabadi Irani Food Court reserves the right to:

  • Decline refund requests that do not meet policy conditions

  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
